The older I get and the cleaner my eating becomes, the less I seek out major indulgences. My body just does not respond well to sugar bombs and items with flour.
An entire day filled with junk food seems like a glorious trip off the rails of discipline but it tends to end up feeling emotionally gluttonous and zaps me of my energy levels.
